Does the Furniture From Big Lots Have a Warranty?

On its furniture or any of its other goods and services, Big Lots does not provide any warranties. Any warranties on goods or services, if any, are provided by the suppliers, manufacturers, or distributors of those goods or services.

According to Big Lots’ warranty disclaimer and liability cap, its products are provided “as is” and “as available,” and using its website or buying any of its goods and services carries the user’s entire risk. In addition to furniture, Big Lots also sells food, consumables, home furnishings, toys, apparel, and gadgets.

Big Lots’ inventory is largely made up of overstock or discontinued items that sell out quickly with minimal refilling; however, food items are constantly replenished. As of September 2015, Big Lots, a discount retailer with headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, operated 1,495 department shops across 48 states.
