Select “Settings” from the menu’s bottom. The settings tab will then be visible.

Choose “Open a specified page or set of pages” under “On Start-up.”

Click “Set pages” to the right of the selection.

Enter “http://www.msn.com” in the text box to the right of “Add a new page” without using quotation marks, and then click “OK.”

Back on the settings tab you will be. A domain is listed under “Show Home button” in the “Appearances” section. Next to it, click “Change.”

Again without quotation marks, enter “http://www.msn.com” in this field and press “OK.”
