How Dark Is Birch?

Although the colour of birch wood varies depending on the species, it is usually pale in hue. Yellow birch wood is light golden brown, red birch wood resembles white birch but has a faint red tint, and white birch wood is light with a brown flame pattern near the centre.

Every birch tree species has a unique bark. It can be black, white, grey, yellow, silver, or another colour. There are birch trees all around the world, although different regions have different native species. China has red birch, North America has white birch, Quebec has yellow birch, and the United Kingdom has silver birch.
