Customers of Comcast Xfinity have a number of alternatives for preventing telemarketers from calling a landline or mobile phone. To block certain phone numbers, Comcast offers both a robocall blocker and a call screening service.
Customers of Xfinity Voice can dial *60 on their landline or mobile phone to start setting up call screening for certain numbers. The method of entering the phone numbers you want to screen will be explained to you.
You can manage call screening online by logging into your account if you have both Xfinity Voice and Xfinity Internet. Visit the Xfinity homepage (www.xfinity.com) and click the Voice symbol in the top right corner of the screen to accomplish this. Entering your login and password will be required.
Once you’ve done that, click Settings in the top-right corner of the website to access the Voice Preferences menu. Select Call Blocking next. You will be able to input any phone numbers you want to block here.
