The size of a 1:10 scale

The standard size for action figures is 1:10 scale, which equates to 1 inch of an action figure representing 10 inches of the actual model. A scale system, or the ratio of the model’s size to the size of the actual thing, is used with realistic models.

Mattel’s DC Universe line of action figures and Marvel’s Legends line of action figures are two examples of well-known 1:10 size action figurines. The scaled action figure is around 7 inches tall because toy manufacturers base their figures on a model that is roughly 6 feet tall. For remote-control toys like automobiles and motorbikes, the 1:10 scale is also frequently employed.
