Physical needs are the most important things a person must have in order to live. Some of these needs are water, food, air, a place to live, and clothes.
People and animals can’t live without their physical needs, which are also called their physiological needs. Abraham Maslow, a psychologist, said that people have a hierarchy of needs that they move through as they grow up.
People also have safety needs, a need to belong or fit in, a need for self-esteem or self-worth, and a perceived need for self-actualization. These needs are at the base of the pyramid.
