According to Credit First National Association, you can make an online payment by clicking View Payments after logging into your account and entering the payment’s amount, routing number, checking account number, and date of payment.

Enter a payment amount that is greater than the required minimum payment but lower than or equal to the outstanding debt. Send a check or money order to Credit First NA, PO Box 81344, Cleveland, OH 44188-0344, to make a payment by mail.

According to Credit First National Association, the company’s customer service number is 1-800-321-3950, and its representatives are available to handle electronic debit payments from your checking account from Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Time, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.

Alternatively, you can pay by phone any day of the week using the company’s Interactive Voice Response, which lets you pay and get account information including your balance and available credit. As of 2015, if you pay off your Firestone Complete Auto Care credit card balance in full within six months, you are exempt from yearly fees and interest.
