Who Were Athena’s Brothers and Sisters?Persephone, the Dioscuri twins, Helen, Dike, Minos, Aphrodite, Artemis, Heracles, the Graces, the Muses, Apollo, Artemis, Daradanus, Hebe, Eileithyia, Ares, and Dionysus were among Athena’s siblings. Because she was born from Zeus’ head, Athena is considered a lone child.

When Zeus swallowed Oceanid, who was pregnant with Athena, he became pregnant with her. When Hephaestus broke open Zeus’ head with an axe, she was set free. Zeus’ favorite daughter and the goddess of knowledge is Athena.

She is also regarded as a war goddess, however she is a strategist rather than a soldier. She is also regarded as the goddess of weaving, spinning, and needlework. She takes her name from the Greek city-state of Athens.
